Unit 7: Multimedia Presentation

For this assignment, you will be creating a presentation. Generally, people use something like PowerPoint or Google Slides to start. What makes it "multimedia" is that you are going to make sure to insert images, clip art, shapes, WordArt, SmartArt, and sounds.

The topic will be something of your choice. So, if you created a presentation for another class it is okay to use it here, though you will likely have to add the stuff that makes it "multimedia."

Unit 7: Ethical Dilemmas

In this assignment, you will add another page to your website! It will address how you will handle ethical dilemmas in your business. If you have any questions, call/text/webmail/bookme or attend Office Hours/In n Out Office Hours and we will discuss!
Unit 8: Business Idea
You are going to use PowerPoint or Google Slides for this assignment and create a promotional for your start-up business idea. As it states in the lesson, your requirements are:
Step 1: Create a Slide Presentation
· Create a new slide presentation or document.
Step 2: Develop Key Messages
· Determine the specific purpose of your promotion. Will it be used to attract new customers or retain existing ones? Is it a temporary promotion? If so, when does it end?
· Determine your key message and your call to action. What do you want the customer to do when they read the flyer?
· Consider other information that should be included, such as business contact information or operating hours, and add it to the flyer.
Step 3: Incorporate Branding
· Using the built-in graphics and design tools, add the colors and styles of your brand to the new slide or document.
· If you developed a logo in a previous unit, incorporate it into your brochure by copying or embedding a version of it into the slide or document.
Step 4: Check Your Work
· Your promotional flyer should have these components:
o Logo or company identifier
o An easy-to-understand message or call to customer action
o Use of the brand colors and fonts
o Any other information that the customer will need to take action
Unit 9: Banking - Checking and Savings
For this assignment, you will be learning about managing savings and checking accounts. This will include creating an account on a banking simulator, but will not require any of your actual banking information, so no worries! I look forward to seeing what you have learned!
